2026 Survey Sweepstakes Official Rules
No purchase or survey participation necessary

2. Kids Empire 2026 Survey Sweepstakes begins on 6/30/2026 and continues through to 7/15/2026.
3. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and the original intended recipient of a Kids Empire 2026 Survey Sweepstakes email invitation. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Kids Empire USA LLC and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
4. To enter, visit the survey website indicated within the Sweepstakes email you received from Kids Empire and follow the on-screen directions to complete the survey with the required information in order to be entered into the Sweepstakes. Your completed survey must be received by 7/15/2026 at 11:59pm ET in order to be entered into the Sweepstakes. Limit one online entry per email address. Only original intended recipients of the Sweepstakes email are permitted to enter. A person may only use on email address to enter online. A Kids Empire purchase and/or completion of a survey is not required for online entry, see Rule #4 for details..
5. You may enter the Sweepstakes by mail without survey participation. To enter, on a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, hand-print your complete name, street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY), email address and (optional) daytime phone number. Mail your mailed entry in a hand addressed business-size (#10) envelope with first-class postage affixed, to: Kids Empire Surveys Sweepstakes, 8605 Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood, 90069, CA, to be postmarked by 7/7/26 and received by 7/15/26. Limit one mailed entry per mailing envelope. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied mailed entries permitted. Illegible/incomplete mailed entries are void. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, postage due, misdirected mailed entries or mailed entries not received in time for the random drawing. All online entries and mailed entries will be collectively referred to as “entry” or “entries”.
6. Five (5) Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected on or about 7/16/2026 from among all eligible entries received by Kids Empire's designee, Arnaud Miconnet, an independent expert whose decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to the drawing. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified by email using the email address to which their survey invitation was sent. If required, the response to such email must be received within three (3) business days after the initial email was sent or potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate will be selected. Kids Empire assumes no responsibility for undeliverable email resulting from any form of active or passive filtering by email service providers or for insufficient space in user's account to receive email. Return of any email or prize as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected.
8. Five (5) Grand Prizes - a 1-year access pass for General Admission visit at a select location. The pass can be redeemed at one select Kids Empire location against one (1) General Admission ticket per month during a year, for a retail value ranging from $214.8 to $298.8 depending on General Admission ticket value at the select Kids Empire location. Winner must follow the instructions of sharing first and last name, email address, phone number and preferred Kids Empire location with the Kids Empire team for their pass to be setup. Pass will be automatically sent to the winners via email to they address they've provided. Prize consists of only the item specifically listed as the prize.
