Starting as a Team Member, she quickly grew into store leadership and became a Park Manager — a key managerial role that paved the way for her transition into Human Resources. Each step opened new opportunities to learn, evolve, and take on greater impact. Today, as Senior Corporate Recruiter, she leads a team of five and has helped staff over 100 parks nationwide.
