From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized and welcoming. Our host, went above and beyond to make sure the party ran smoothly. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and attentive the entire time. She helped me set up all of my decorations exactly how I wanted them, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. Throughout the party, she continuously checked on us, made sure my guests were comfortable, and helped pass out food and keep everything flowing. I never had to go looking for help she was always nearby and ready when needed.
I also want to recognize the managers. They were both very professional, kind, and extremely helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and gave me great suggestions on how to stay within my budget without sacrificing the quality of the party. I really appreciated that they didn't try to oversell anything and instead focused on what would work best for me and my family.
The facility itself was clean, fun, and perfect for kids. All of my guestsboth kids and adults had an amazing time. The kids stayed entertained the entire party, which made the experience even better for everyone.

What to Know Before You Visit Kids Empire
A few essentials to make your visit smooth:
- General admission grants all-day access. Come and go as you please — just keep your receipt for re-entry.
- Children under 1 enter free if accompanying a paying sibling.
- Shoes are not allowed inside of Kids Empire, and socks are required for all guests, even if you’re not in the play structure, and adults included. Forgot to pack a pair? No worries — we have socks available for purchase at the front desk.
- Waivers are mandatory for all guests, adults and children alike. Make sure to sign your waivers online before your visit to facilitate check-in and maximize playtime.
- Our park is fully cashless — payments are card-only.
- Every child must be accompanied by an adult. Parents can join the play or relax in seating areas, but drop-off is not available.
I’m an adult who isn’t going to be playing in the structure. Do I still have to remove my shoes?
Yes. Socks are mandatory for children and adults for sanitary purposes. Some of the kids that come to play crawl on the floor, so we need to keep it as clean and safe as possible for them.
I’m bringing in my child for their birthday but don’t want to book a birthday package. Can I still bring a cake?
No. No outside food or drinks are allowed with general admission (including cake), but we’re happy you will spend the day with us!
