I'm bringing my child in for their birthday but don't want to book a package. Can I still bring a cake?
No outside food or drinks (including cake) are allowed with general admission. Cakes and cupcakes are welcome only with a booked birthday package, so if you want to celebrate with sweets and reserved seating, a party package is the way to do it.
I'm invited to a birthday party. Is there anything I should do before arriving?
Yes—please sign the waiver online before you arrive, since every guest needs one and kids cannot enter without a parent/guardian signature. Also bring socks for everyone; socks are required on the play floor, and we sell them on-site if needed.
