Yes — please sign waivers online before you arrive. Every person needs a waiver on file (kids and adults), and completing them ahead of time helps the whole group get in faster. Also bring socks for everyone; if you forget, socks are available for purchase on-site.

Kids Empire Tampa Citrus Park is inside Tampa Citrus Park Mall in Tampa (33625), with easy access from Gunn Highway (CR-587), Dale Mabry Highway, and SR-589 (Veterans Expressway). Free mall parking is available with plenty of space for party guests coming from Citrus Park, Westchase, Carrollwood, and Town 'n' Country.

No — children may not be left unattended at any time and must be monitored by an adult throughout the visit. Your reserved party table is a great home base to stay close while the kids bounce between play and snacks.

Do adults who aren't playing need to remove their shoes?

Yes — non-grip socks are mandatory for children and adults for cleanliness and safety. Many kids crawl and play on the floor, so socks help us keep the play area clean; we recommend adding a socks reminder to your invitations, and extras are sold on-site.
