No outside food or drinks, including birthday cake, are permitted with general admission. Birthday cakes and cupcakes are welcomed exclusively with a booked birthday package, so you can celebrate properly while we take care of the setup and cleanup.

Yes! Every person entering Kids Empire must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian, and no child can enter without one. Sign online before you arrive for faster check-in, and bring socks for everyone in your group so you’re ready to play.

No. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while at Kids Empire. Our reserved party tables sit close to the play areas, giving your group a comfortable home base to watch the kids play big.

I'm an adult who won't be playing. Do I still have to remove my shoes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Non-grip socks are required for children and adults for sanitary purposes. Since many little ones crawl and play on the floor, socks help keep the play area clean and safe—and we sell socks on-site if anyone forgets.

Your reserved party table seating is held for 2.5 hours, and every birthday package includes all-day park access. Guests can come before the party starts or stay and play until closing time to maximize the celebration.

Yes, a $150 deposit is required at booking to secure your date and time, and it’s applied to your total balance. Kids Empire is fully cashless, so any day-of purchases—like add-ons, snacks, or socks—must be paid by card.
