Yes — sign the waiver online before you arrive. Waivers are required for every person, and children can’t enter without a waiver completed by a parent/guardian. Also bring socks for everyone in your group so you’re ready to play as soon as you check in.

Kids Empire Houston Westchase is in the Westchase shopping center near Westheimer Rd and Gessner Rd, with easy access from South Freeway 59 and Beltway 8 (Sam Houston Tollway). We’re also close to Robinson–Westchase Library, Woodchase Park, and the Brays Bayou greenbelt. Free surface parking is available in the shared shopping center lot (not covered), making arrivals simple for party crowds.

Yes — non-grip socks are required for both adults and children in the play area. It helps keep the floor clean for little crawlers and makes the space safer for everyone. Add “bring socks” to your invites, and if someone forgets, socks are available for purchase on-site (card only; we’re fully cashless).

Your reserved party table is for 2.5 hours, and your package includes all-day park access. That means guests can come early, party during your reserved time, and keep playing until closing for maximum birthday fun.

Both Play Your Way and Play Big include a dedicated party host, reserved seating in the open play area, beverages, and snacks for the kids, plus setup and cleanup handled by our team. Choose Play Big for a pre-made plan, or Play Your Way to customize with add-ons like extra snacks or drinks.

No — parties happen at reserved tables beside the play structures. Kids can bounce between the maze and the table, and adults can stay close to the action without feeling separated from the fun.

Is a deposit required to book a party?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a $150 deposit is required to secure your date and time, and it’s applied to your total balance. We’re fully cashless, so deposits, add-ons, and day-of purchases must be paid by card.
