No outside food or drinks, including cake, are permitted with general admission. Birthday cakes and cupcakes are welcomed only with a booked birthday package — so if you want to celebrate at our Dallas Hillcrest park, a party package is the way to do it!

I'm invited to a birthday party. Is there anything I should do before arriving?

Accepted Answer

Yes — sign the waiver online before you arrive to make entry fast and easy, since every guest needs a waiver and kids can’t enter without one signed by a parent/guardian. Also bring socks for everyone (kids and adults); if you forget, socks are available for purchase on-site.

Kids Empire Dallas Hillcrest is in North Dallas (zip code 75248) near Hillcrest Village, with easy access from Hillcrest Rd, Preston Rd, and Arapaho Rd, and close to I-635 and the Dallas North Tollway. We’re also accessible via Dallas DART, and free parking is available on-site for a smooth arrival.

No — children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Our reserved party tables sit right by the play area, making it easy to stay close, keep eyes on the fun, and still relax.

I'm an adult who won't be playing. Do I still have to remove my shoes?

Accepted Answer

Yes — non-grip socks are required for everyone for cleanliness and safety. Little ones crawl and play close to the floor, so we work hard to keep the space clean; socks can also be purchased at the park if needed.

Your reserved party table is for 2.5 hours, and every party includes all-day park access. Guests can come early or stay late and keep playing right up until closing time.

Both "Play Your Way" and "Play Big" include a dedicated party host, reserved tables next to the action (no private rooms), beverages, and snacks for the kids, plus setup and cleanup handled by our team. "Play Big" is the easy pre-made option, while "Play Your Way" lets you add extras like additional snacks or drinks.

No — parties are hosted at reserved tables in the open play area to keep the energy up. Kids can bounce between the maze and the table, and adults can stay close to the celebration the entire time.

Is a deposit required to book a party?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a $150 deposit is required to reserve your date and time, and it goes toward your total balance. We’re fully cashless, so any day-of add-ons, snacks, or sock purchases must be paid by card.
