Yes—sign the waiver online before you arrive. Waivers are required for every guest, and kids can't enter without one signed by a parent or guardian. Also bring socks for everyone in your group (adults included), and you're ready to play!

No—children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Kids Empire is not a drop-off facility, and leaving a child unattended is considered child abandonment. The good news: our reserved party tables sit right by the play area, so it's easy to stay close.

I'm not playing in the structures. Do I still have to remove my shoes?

Accepted Answer

Yes—non-grip socks are required for all adults and children in the play area. This helps keep the space clean and safe for kids who crawl and play on the floor. Forgot socks? You can purchase them on-site, and we're fully cashless—please bring a card.

Your reserved party table time is 2.5 hours, and every birthday package includes all-day park access. That means guests can come early or stay after the table time ends and keep playing until closing—more fun, less rushing!

Do you have a private room for the party?

No—we don't use private rooms. Your party happens at reserved tables right next to the play structures, so kids can bounce between the maze and the table while parents stay close to the celebration.

Is a deposit required to book a party?

Yes—a $150 deposit is required to secure your date and time, and it's applied toward your total balance. Please note we're fully cashless, so any day-of add-ons or purchases must be paid by card.
