No — outside food or drinks (including cake) aren’t allowed with general admission. Cakes and cupcakes are welcomed when you book a birthday package, so you can celebrate properly while we keep the space clean and consistent for everyone.

I'm invited to a birthday party. Is there anything I should do before arriving?

Accepted Answer

Yes — sign the waiver online before you arrive to speed up entry, since every person needs a waiver and kids can’t enter without one signed by a parent/guardian. Also bring socks for your whole group and you’re ready to play!

No — children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Our reserved tables sit right near the play structures, so it’s easy to stay close while they play big.

I'm an adult who won't be playing. Do I still have to remove my shoes?

Yes — socks are required for children and adults to keep the play area sanitary and safe for kids who crawl and play on the floor. Add “bring socks” to your invites, and if someone forgets, socks are available for purchase on-site (we’re fully cashless, so bring a card).

Your reserved seating is for 2.5 hours, and your guests get all-day park access. They can arrive before your scheduled table time or stay and play until closing — perfect for families who want to maximize the celebration.

Both "Play Big" and "Play Your Way" include a dedicated party host, reserved tables in the open play area, beverages, snacks for kids, and staff-managed setup and cleanup. "Play Big" is our simple, pre-made option, while "Play Your Way" offers add-ons like extra snacks or drinks.

No — parties happen at reserved tables beside the play structures so kids can bounce between the maze and the table without missing a beat. Parents stay close to the fun, and the party energy stays high!

Is a deposit required to book a party?

Accepted Answer

Yes — a $150 deposit is required to secure your date and time, and it goes toward your total balance. We’re fully cashless, so day-of add-ons or purchases must be paid by card.
