I'm an adult who isn't going to be playing in the structure. Do I still have to remove my shoes?
Yes. Non-grip socks are mandatory for children and adults for sanitary purposes. Some of the kids that come to play crawl on the floor, so we need to keep it as clean and safe as possible for them.

I'm bringing in my child for their birthday but don't want to book a birthday package. Can I still bring a cake?
No. No outside food or drinks are allowed with general admission (including cake), but we're happy you will spend the day with us!

I'm invited to a birthday party. Is there anything I should do prior to arriving?
Yes! Waivers are mandatory for every person at Kids Empire and no child can enter the facility without a waiver signed by their parents or guardian, so please sign them online prior to coming in. Remember to bring socks for your whole party as well and that's it, you're ready!

How long can I stay?

Do I need to pay for each hour like most places?
No. Your entrance is an all day pass.

Yes. You can leave and come back as many times as you like during the day at NO additional cost.

I need to run out for a second. Can I leave my child alone briefly?
NO. Children may never be left unattended at any time. Any child must be monitored by an adult at all time. Otherwise, it's considered child abandonment!

My child is on the autistic spectrum, can they still play?
Yes. Keep in mind we may have a surprise parade, which may bother some children. Due to the loud music, dim lighting and elevated noise levels. Please let one of the staff members inform you prior if this may bother your child. Your child's enjoyment is our sole purpose.
